Exodus Ministries International is a 501(c)(3) faith-based nonprofit organization headquartered in Friendsville, Tennessee, dedicated to building the bridge from recovery to community through structured reintegration support, practical life development, and holistic participant care.
Through the Community Reintegration Program, Exodus Ministries provides structured post-recovery reintegration services for adults transitioning from incarceration or substance abuse recovery programs in Blount and surrounding East Tennessee counties, with expansion underway in Nebraska and South Dakota.

Benjamin & Page Irvine Co-Founders, President & CEO / Vice President
Bringing extensive hands-on experience in addiction recovery, residential recovery programming, and community reintegration to the organization. Both have worked directly in structured recovery environments, giving them firsthand operational knowledge of the challenges and pathways facing individuals in recovery and returning citizens. They provide executive governance and board leadership that supports the sustainability and growth of the Community Reintegration Program. Benjamin and Page are deeply committed to building an organization that creates lasting impact for individuals, families, and communities across Tennessee, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
Peggy J Day Executive Director
Peggy J. Day serves as Executive Director of Exodus Ministries International, providing organizational leadership, program administration, grant development, compliance management, and multi-state partnership development for the Community Reintegration Program. A published author and the Founder and CEO of Banah Global, Peggy brings more than 30 years of executive management experience across multiple industries and organizations. Her extensive background in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and operational development directly informs her work building CRP’s infrastructure, funding strategy, and expansion across Tennessee, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Peggy is deeply committed to building sustainable pathways for returning citizens, veterans, and individuals in recovery to achieve lasting stability, independence, and productive community engagement.
Jeremy Graham -Board Member
Jeremy Graham brings more than 21 years of ministry leadership and community impact to the organization. As Founder and President of True Purpose Ministries, he oversees six campuses across Blount, Monroe, and Sevier counties serving individuals and families throughout East Tennessee. Jeremy is also the founder of the Tennessee Jail Chemical Addiction Program in Cocke County, providing faith-centered addiction recovery and reentry support to incarcerated individuals making him uniquely aligned with Exodus Ministries’ mission. His lifetime of work in recovery ministry, community outreach, and reentry support reflects a deep commitment to helping individuals find lasting hope, restoration, and purpose.
Gage Titlow Board Member
Program Director, Maryville Campus
Gage Titlow serves as Program Director of the Maryville Campus and as a Board Member of Exodus Ministries International, bringing eight years of recovery ministry, discipleship, and pastoral leadership to the organization. The founder of Fresh Fire Ministries and House of Freedom Church, Gage oversees a residential recovery program serving approximately 75 men and has led international missions efforts, revival gatherings, and leadership development initiatives locally and abroad. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on addiction recovery and human behavior through Liberty University. Drawing from his own journey through recovery and life transformation, Gage is passionate about helping others find lasting freedom and discover their purpose through discipleship and recovery support.
Mike Brewer - Board Member
Mike Brewer brings extensive experience in community ministry and leadership development to the organization. He is the Founder and CEO of Equipping Community and the Kingdom Warfare Leadership Institute, and the founder of The Well of Maryville. Mike’s deep roots in the Maryville community and his commitment to equipping individuals and families for purposeful living align directly with the mission of Exodus Ministries. His leadership and community connections strengthen the organization’s capacity to serve returning citizens and individuals in recovery across East Tennessee.
